It’s springtime and the joys of owning land on the edge of a waterway can quickly turn into a nightmare for some owners with flooding waters. If you live in a flood zone, the experts at HG Foundation Repair can help you in several ways to avoid flooding.

The first thing to do is to consult our experts so that they can analyze your particular situation and suggest specific solutions. Among other things, we can raise your house above the highest flooding level ever recorded in your area and we can rebuild a 100 percent waterproof foundation which is water repellent. Or, we can build a basement type crawl space which allows water to rise in the basement without affecting the structure of the house or we can completely raise the house, with the foundation, and backfill underneath. These are only a few examples of all the possibilities.

Have peace of mind and restore your property to its full value while enjoying the benefits of waterfront land.
