Main responsibilities

• Read and analyze plans and specifications, prepare materials, and obtain approval from Info-Excavation;
• Supervise excavation work and install various equipment according to the type of pile;
• Mark piles, drive tubes, validate refusal criteria, and record pressures;
• Drain the worksite, install membranes, and backfill;
• Install Berlin walls, retaining walls, sheet pile walls, or diaphragm walls;

Requirements

• Carpentry and joinery training;
• CCQ competency card;
• Experience as a journeyman carpenter-joiner or deep foundation installer.
